My husband Bob called Rob and he came over to our rental property within a few days to quote. We provided him an extensive list of galvanized & cast removal, new pex runs, main fitting change out, toilet (new flange) wash tub, utility sink & sump pump removal & install. I was in need of someone to help get our shower working after the head started leaking. I thought we would need new shower fixtures as the old were quite old. They were very helpful in saying they could fix the older hardware with just a few parts since I wanted to upgrade the shower soon anyway. He gave advice on what to do so he could come back and help move the water lines when we are ready for that. They also came next day! Thank you
