The doc was awesome and was able to point out that my script has actually been too strong (from a previous doc) so he revised it and things were crystal clear. The gentleman helping me order my glasses was also top notch. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great info. Nobody tries to upsell you or force you into purchasing anything you don’t want or need. In fact, they’ll openly tell you if you should get certain upgrades and tell you the ones you don’t necessarily need and can avoid. I’m very happy with my appointment and will most definitely be returning for years to come. Also, I can’t forget the woman at the front desk - she was also top notch and helpful. “I normally don't leave reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied or unsatisfied. This visit definitely earned all 5 stars.I had a mix-up with my insurance and authorizations for transition lenses. The process was a bit of a headache at first. Betty not only took initiative, but she handled the entire process herself to ensure it would be done correctly. Because I waited so long for the authorization, I was able to choose a different set of frames, which I absolutely loved.There was a woman sitting by the front door to the right. Her name tag had a "B" name.. possibly Brittany or Briana, I think it was Brittany. She was super sweet, extremely helpful, and made me feel confident in a choice I lacked confidence in. She had what looked like leopard print glasses with gold accents. They looked great on her.The lady who helped me, I suck at remembering names. But she was nothing short of amazing. She knew her stuff. She had the cutest bedazzled glasses and several pairs at that. I envy her collection! She made my time spent there worth it. I learned a lot about lenses and the options they have available. Super informative.All n all, big thanks to these ladies. And HUGE, thanks to Betty. Without your patience and perseverance, none of this would've been possible.“
