“I was having issues with my toilet flushing in Westland, and Robert and Brian were able to come out and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked for my busy lifestyle. They tried several methods to figure out the problem we had, communicated all options to me before beginning, and were very kind and friendly while they were here. It took about 4 hours total, after snaking outside and inside, using an auger, and finally using settling on flex shield before pulling out more tree roots from underneath my toilet than I have ever seen!!
