After my basement flooded, Malcolm jumped right into help me get everything cleaned up. All of the basement had to be gutted. All of the materials had to be removed. He did an absolutely fantastic job. He’s a wonderful individual and he and his team cleaned out the basement to a point where it looks absolutely wonderful. I could not be happier with Malcolm and his performance. He’s truly a professional, extremely knowledgeable and one heck of a nice person.
When our basement flooded from a broken sewer pipe, Malcom from Edwards Catastrophe Restoration & Remodeling stepped in and exceeded every expectation. He worked tirelessly and methodically, taking the time to explain each step of the restoration process and walking us through how his water detection tools work. Beyond his technical skill, he was kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about doing the job right! Malcolm and his expertise was phenomenal! We had about five inches of water in our basement and he was there quickly, worked incredibly hard, and did everything he could to preserve our home for the rebuild. His knowledge and attention to detail will absolutely save us money on this restoration.
