“Just had a great experience with Briarwood Heating and Cooling. I had a High Eff. Boiler that was starting to show its age and parts were becoming harder to find. After doing some research I decided I wanted to use a Lochinvar Boiler as its replacement. Briarwood is a certified Lochinvar installer and after reviewing my goals with them, we had the same vision to improve my layout of the boiler room. “The owner/repair guy was very professional, courteous and he got the the job done quickly. I called and he came out the same day and diagnosed the AC issue. My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job. He also noticed my refrigerator was taken apart and even offered free advice to help me fix it. “Our pipe was clogged on Sunday and Andrew came here quickly and found out we had a lot of build up in the pipe. We decided to go with hydro jet. Fry and Jordan came to house today on time, were very friendly, worked efficiently and left everything clean. Highly recommend their service.“

“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.

Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended“
