I've used Mainline Plumbing for absolutely everything. Between managing 17 rental properties and my own home, I keep them pretty busy—and they never disappoint!
Any time I have a plumbing issue, Nick is incredibly responsive and does everything he can to get us on the schedule as quickly as possible. David has been my technician the majority of the time, and he's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to explain things and make sure the job is done right.

David Smith at Mainline Plumbing is amazing!
I recently had a sewer line inspected and jet cleaned. The line was in pretty bad shape. David did an extremely thorough job inspecting and cleaning out all the roots and debris. He also took the time to explain what the problem was and how to keep your sewer lines in good working order for the future. You can follow with him on a video screen and see the camera travel through your lines, he explains along the way what is going on.
He saved me a lot of money and taught me the importance of maintaining the sewer lines in your home!!

We recently had a problem with sewer back-up in our basement due to the large Maple tree that grows near our underground pipes. I contacted Mainline plumbing, who sent someone out that same day. Previously we would be able to get by with an annual snake / root clean-out, however this time we had it rooted twice in one month and it was now backing up a third time. Our assigned Mainline plumber, David Smith, recommended a more aggressive approach to get the roots under control. His goal was to avoid us having to dig up our front yard and replace the underground pipework if possible. He first put a snake through to clear enough room for his 1 inch camera.
