“Tina and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I had gotten my glasses at another SVS VISION location and felt I was not being heard or understood. I was told I just need to get used to my new glasses but something was definitely off with them. I didnt believe it was the script but something else. When I went to SVS in Southgate, Tina understood what I was saying, and took the time to explain everything to me. She sent the glasses back to have the lenses adjusted to where they needed to be. I picked them up today and was overwhelmed with joy at how perfectly I could see out of my adjusted lenses, with no adjustment to the prescription. I can't thank Tina and her staff enough. This location was definitely out of my way, but so worth it. I highly recommend SVS VISION Southgate. So worth it. You will definitely receive top notch service. Thank You Tina for hearing me.

“I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Optical Center, especially thanks to Linda. The staff I encountered was very nice, extremely helpful, and made the whole visit pleasant from start to finish. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same week, which was great.
When I arrived for my appointment, the check-in and paperwork were quick and easy. I had a brief initial check with Linda, who was friendly and professional, and then I saw the eye doctor. He was quick, very nice, and informative he answered all my questions and provided great information.
After my exam, Linda checked me out, and she truly did an excellent job 10/10. Because of her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism, I would highly recommend this optical center. “Great place to repair eyeglasses. I have half rims and the lenses have popped out due to bending the frames and/or breaking the fishingbwire that holds the lense inplace. The ladies who work here are freindly, effiecient and did not charge me any of the 3 times they fixed my glasses.“
