I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Optical Center, especially thanks to Linda. The staff I encountered was very nice, extremely helpful, and made the whole visit pleasant from start to finish. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same week, which was great.
When I arrived for my appointment, the check-in and paperwork were quick and easy. I had a brief initial check with Linda, who was friendly and professional, and then I saw the eye doctor. He was quick, very nice, and informative he answered all my questions and provided great information.

Visited to seek assistance regarding some damaged lenses (puppies, am I right?) and Linda walked me through the steps, thoroughly explaining the process, even going as far as APOLOGIZING for the wait.
Truly a very kind woman, you can tell she enjoys her job and helping people like myself.

Nice people work there and I got a quality eye exam. The optometrist Doctor Steven Habib was very professional and very nice and it was a pleasant experience getting my eyes examined. All I needed was an eye exam for work. They didn't try to upsell me by suggesting that I needed to get classes there. I just needed an eye exam for work because my company pays for the glasses but not the eye exam.
My exam was at 5:00 but because my schedule changed I came a couple hours early. I told them that I would wait but the assistant had me fill out my paperwork and it just so happened that the doctor came in after about a half an hour and gave me my exam. So I would recommend...read full review
