“Tina and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I had gotten my glasses at another SVS VISION location and felt I was not being heard or understood. I was told I just need to get used to my new glasses but something was definitely off with them. I didnt believe it was the script but something else. When I went to SVS in Southgate, Tina understood what I was saying, and took the time to explain everything to me. She sent the glasses back to have the lenses adjusted to where they needed to be. I picked them up today and was overwhelmed with joy at how perfectly I could see out of my adjusted lenses, with no adjustment to the prescription. I can't thank Tina and her staff enough. This location was definitely out of my way, but so worth it. I highly recommend SVS VISION Southgate. So worth it. You will definitely receive top notch service. Thank You Tina for hearing me.

“I traveled to see my mom and made an appointment for eyeglasses during my short two week stay. I chose a place in the neighborhood. My mom is elderly and everyone treated her with care. The technician and doctor were knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Picking glasses according to what her insurance covered was easy and the glasses were ready in a timely manner. I would use this place again.“

I got a detailed exam that actually found something really important that would have been missed had I ignored getting an exam. I’m able to follow up with specialty care and do everything I can for the best possible outcome.

Hearing something isn’t right is terrifying, but I’m grateful for the calm, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable bedside manner. It makes care accessible.
