The place always seems clean and efficient. Anna did my exam and was great. After the exam, Paula was extremely helpful and kind, and picked out about half the store's worth of frames for me to try on in styles I liked. She was helpful without being overbearing or rushy, and answered all my questions. She also gave me honest input regarding fit and style, which I really appreciated as it seems many places just want you to buy frames and leave. Ask for Paula!
Bobby was very informative and helpful when assisting me with my very first experience in getting Eye Glasses. He answered all of my questions with clarity and even helped pick out a pair of glasses that look really good. Would highly recommend SVS in Woodhaven.
I love coming to this location! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The new virtual exam is pretty neat, you still see a technician and a dr on screen, Marci explained everything perfectly before seeing the dr. I did not feel like another number, they take the time to answer all my questions. Paula was so knowledgeable on my insurance coverage and what lenses work best for me as well. Been coming to SVS, this location in particular, for the last few years. I don't see myself going anywhere else, the staff is top notch!
