I can’t recommend D & R enough! They’ve saved us twice when our furnace and A/C stopped working. Last night our A/C stopped working. I called the office this morning and was able to get an appointment at noon. The technician showed up 15 minutes before noon and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 15 minutes. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Rates are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
My air conditioning wasn’t working I contacted them on Thursday August 12 and they had a service technician at my house Friday August 13th. Due to furnace being so old and the time (over two week wait time for the part) and cost for a new blower was going to be almost a quarter of what a new furnace would be . I decided to go with a new furnace and today Monday August 16 Th his installers put a new furnace in. They were very professional explained and showed me the features on it. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them !
