Tom called me back on the weekend and repairman Andrew Huff came early Monday and assessed the problems and was efficient, friendly and professional. I have been fortunate enough to work with Tom and his crew for about 25 years. Tom and his crew are some of the most knowledgeable HVAC installers that I have had the fortune to work wit. Not only does D & R take care of our customers that need HVAC services (new ductwork, furnaces, Air Conditioners, Humidifiers, and so on)but they also come from Pickney to Rochester to take care of my personal residence. On top of that, my Aunt's Air Conditioner went out (she lives in Warren) on July 1st (late in the day) 2026 thanks to a power surge.
