“Knowledgeable, intelligent doctors, skilled staff, and a wide range of glasses to choose from. They're great with kids, and educate instead of just treat their patients.Been a patient of Dr. Becker for several years now and she's honestly one of my favorite doctors. I have lupus and am on a medication that can cause eye issues. I have to go in twice a year for screenings because of it, and it's the only doctor appointment I look forward to.They don't waste your time or talk down to you here. They're good at their jobs, and are good at the bedside manner I find to be lacking in those big name places.I highly recommend Drs Walton and Becker.“

“Dr. Kuzniar and the entire team at Elevate are fantastic! I have keratoconus and Dr. Kuzniar is an absolute expert at fitting scleral lenses. She’s willing to do what it takes to help make the lenses fit comfortably and improve my vision, including working with both vision and health insurance and the use of new types of sclerals. The practice has lots of glasses options as well. Thank you!“

“Conflicted between 3 and 4 stars….. reason as follows:I went here on a recommendation for my first ever exam. Positive - staff were very friendly, and very efficiently I was processed, received initial tests, received Dr tests, fitted for frames, paid, out the door.BUTTwo days later I was finally able to explain to myself why I felt a lingering dissatisfaction. It comes down to a lack of accommodation/understanding for newbies like me.Example: I called to make an appointment. Was asked if I wanted an appointment for glasses or contacts. How am I supposed to know? I just wanted my eyes checked so that I could learn what options I had? To this day I am still not clear if contacts are an option.Example: During the initial and dr tests I was asked multiple times if I wanted to have my eyes scanned. Despite multiple requests nobody seemed interested in explaining to me what it was for. Annoying. So I did not do it, simply because it came across as a make-more-money option.Example: None of the tests were explained, even briefly. Yes, I was told I would feel a puff of air, but what was the purpose of the test?Example: Once tested nobody explained what my prescription meant …. I was put on the conveyor belt to select frames, all without really understanding the result of the tests. Again - everyone was very friendly, but it was only afterwards that it felt like I had been pushed through the process.I cannot emphasize enough that everyone was friendly, and the experience was smooth. But this location did very little to explain the process and results, and options, to a newbie. And that is very disappointing.“

“I was very impressed with everything about the very thorough testing of my vision and the explanations following that testing, as we progressed through the approximate 2 session. Plenty of time was set aside to make clear explanations and to consider all my questions and concerns. I just wish I had known about this amazing low vision evaluation and following recommendations years ago. I highly recommend having this evaluation done if needed. When you’re done, you will know what measures can be taken to enhance your vision right now and in the future.“
