I visited Jamie at her Elevated Eye Care and just want to say how outstanding her service and also her office staff. I did the retinal mapping, it was extra but so worth the money. She took extra pictures and spent time with me to go over the results. The service I received was better than any other office I have been to. I brought my 1 and 3 year old in for their first eye exams! Dr. Kuzniar was so amazing with both of them. She was extremely patient and took really good care of myself and my children. I highly recommend Dr. Kuzniar for all your optical needs!

Dr. Kuzniar and the entire team at Elevate are fantastic! I have keratoconus and Dr. Kuzniar is an absolute expert at fitting scleral lenses. She’s willing to do what it takes to help make the lenses fit comfortably and improve my vision, including working with both vision and health insurance and the use of new types of sclerals. The practice has lots of glasses options as well. Thank you!
