I brought my mom, who has had disappointing experiences with the two places she has been for eye exams and glasses. She is 87 and needs some special attention and care. These folks were so wonderful and welcoming to my mom. They treated her with patience and kindness, taking all the time she needed.“

During my Friday appointment, they noticed my frames were broken — still usable, but unable to fold — and immediately took the initiative to check whether they were still under warranty. They not only confirmed the coverage but also managed to get replacement frames in by the very next day (a Saturday), just in time before I left for a trip.
