I've been a customer for several years now. Dr. Nathaniel is simply the best, she answers any question I may have about the process of both being fit for contact lenses and when I struggled with allergies offered suggestions on how best to work with them. I've worked with Tiffany on helping to find my perfect frames throughout the years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend working with these two at the practice.

I called the office on my way to my scheduled appointment to let them know the traffic was terrible due to construction on I-75. After rerouting my navigation several times, I was still 30 minutes late for my appt. I was greeted with smiles from ALL the staff and they were VERY kind and courteous. I expected to reschedule my appointment, but they welcomed me as if I were on time!! Due to a cancelation, I didn’t even have to wait when I FINALLY got there!!Cindy, brought me back to finish paperwork, and do the pre-exam prep.
