During my Friday appointment, they noticed my frames were broken — still usable, but unable to fold — and immediately took the initiative to check whether they were still under warranty. They not only confirmed the coverage but also managed to get replacement frames in by the very next day (a Saturday), just in time before I left for a trip. I wasn’t expecting that level of effort or such a quick turnaround, and I was genuinely appreciative.
