I should have read reviews before ordering here. I am not sure what gives them this kind of immunity to think that they are so busy that they get bothered by a customer call. If i can understand you system and tools are not working then you should also understand what i would call to understand the status. I have not picked up the glasses yet but the negligence is making me feel that my 83$ are lost and i should start learning replacing glasses myself ?

Waited 25 minutes before they bothered to find out why I was there, they assumed I wanted to make an appointment even though I already had a scheduled appointment and showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I have purchased my glasses from Walmart for the last 20 years. They used to be good. The Rochester Hills vision center has gone downhill a lot. I bought two pairs of glasses from them 8 months ago. On one of the glasses the side ear piece support fell off the frame. I went to Walmart to see if they could do anything. The clerk was nasty. She said that there is only a 90 day warranty and it is my fault for not buying a longer warranty (not Walmart's fault for having a frame fall apart because of a manufacturer's defect).
