“Dr. Diegel is wonderful. He is a down to earth very kind optometrist. I had not been to the optometrist in 10 yrs because it is my nervous hangup. No problem. No more eye dilation !! They can now take pictures !!Lea is wonderful at fitting glasses. As soon as she saw me she picked out a pair of glasses that she thought would look best on my face. She was right, i did look at about 50 pair, but ended up with her 1st impression. She is highly skilled at her trade and knows the ins and outs of vision insurance plans.Dr. Diegel and Lea make this a quality vision center that has sold me for life !!“

My eyesight keeps getting worse as I age but somehow the manage to keep me seeing well. The staff is always incredible. Doctors listen and take their time with you always willing to explain things. Appointments have always been on time. Keep in mind that getting glasses and contacts are a process your not in and out but your not sitting and just waiting like most other places.“

Examinations are thourough, no one tries to sell you anything additional nor attempt to sell you glasses unless you wish to shop the myriad of frames available. They were even kind enough to replace lenses in frames that weren't even theirs. “honestly one of the best eye appointments i’ve had. all three staff members i worked with before seeing the doctor were exceptionally nice and took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing me through. that alone set the tone.

then the doctor himself was great. he actually explained the science behind why i needed dilation, and it’s the first time in 15 years i’ve let a doctor do it. nobody had ever bothered to tell me why before, but once he walked me through it i actually wanted to do it. after that he showed me all the pictures of my eye, the different areas and what he was looking at. i loved that. if i’m gonna sit through the test i might as well see what’s going on in there.

he also helped me find a pair of contacts that actually fit my needs, and gave me a ton of info about lasik, whether i’d be a good candidate, and the reasons for and against it. didn’t feel like a sales pitch, just real info so i could make my own call.
