Monica is always the BEST at picking my frames out! All the lady’s here are so nice, they treat you like family ❤️BUT….Totally disgusted with the chairs that this company supply their workers with and expect them to put in an 8 hour day with. I’m in total shock that any decent company would think a footstool is acceptable for their employees to sit in all day. Totally unacceptable and questioning if I want to give such a business my money when they can so easily disrespect their employees like this!
My experience yesterday was very very excellent wonderful good the doctor was excellent my representative was very good her name was Monica.Intake not so good it needs to be worked on
I arrived at the Livonia location abd was promptly serviced. The Trunk Show was excellent. Monica who serviced me was awesome and very informative. Monica knows her job and respectful. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this location.
