My daughter broke her frames on Saturday. I called when they opened monday (today) and i already have her a replacement pair in hand. Liz was awesome to deal with, very helpful. All the girls in the office were!

Great service!!! I loved the doctor and the staff members. I had the pleasure of closely working with Candice :) as she coordinated back and forth with our pharmacy and the insurance company to help my mother-in-law (MIL) get the insurance approval she needed for her eye drops. All happened with a sense of urgency since my MIL was flying out of state. Highly recommended as the level of care is genuine and amazing!

My mother and I just got back from our first appointment with Eye Definition and the atmosphere was amazing! Kristena and Kate were very customer service oriented and even helped pick out our glasses! The doctor was very sweet as well and had very close attention to detail. You could tell that he thoroughly enjoys his job and was very down to earth. He even asked us questions trying to get to know us on a personal level. Needless to say, we will definitely be going back!
