“We’re very happy with our experience here. I called to see if they were accepting new pets, and they were able to get me in only a few weeks later. Even better, I was able to take all 3 of my cats at the same time. It made it very convenient. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable, and walked us through everything he was checking. They also took extra steps to make our cats more comfortable and relaxed, which was appreciated. Anyway, highly recommend them. This is definitely our new place to go!“

“Dr Syde , is always about your pet, not how much $$$ to make off your pets illness, my dog sprained his leg.. I knew this vet visit will include office visit, X-ray, meds etc.... Dr Syde , felt his leg and and because of his experience and wisdom he knew there was no X-ray needed, rest and a couple of pills for relaxation… any other vet looking to make a buck would do an X-ray just because.. in two days my dog was back to running and and happy … you might have to wait a bit in the waiting room .. but it’s because he gives his full attention to every pet that comes in. It’s worth it !“

“I can't say enough good things about Cats Vet. We have tried others but always ended up back at Cats because they're the only place I trust completely with my babies. Every staff member is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Reagan and Dr. Vani will thoroughly explain everything that's going on and what your options are in a way that's easy to understand, and they take as much time as needed to answer every question; you will never be rushed. Communication is excellent: phone calls are returned in a timely manner, and if your baby is hospitalized they will keep in touch regularly with updates.I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time, and when they're running behind it's usually because they're handling an emergency, and I'm more than happy to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with books and magazines, and it's always a nice surprise when one of their resident cats wanders by to say hello!The exam rooms are equipped with feliway diffusers to help keep your babies calm, and relaxing classical music can often be heard too. Dr. Burcham is the only one that compares at all with him. She took time to discuss my dog and explain things to me. She and all of the technicians were wonderful with my anxious dog. “I am so grateful for Dr. Sheppherd and Melissa! I started seeing them about 10 years ago with my dog Ginger. They helped with chronic vomiting with her and even told me that there were some issues with her spleen. I actually forget all of the details of what the situation was 10 years ago, but Ginger had her spleen removed three years ago with a massive tumor on it. They diagnosed it before any other veterinarian did a long time ago! Anyway, I have three dogs now and they have tremendously helped all three of my dogs with getting on proper nutrition and supplements to help parts of the body that weren’t working at full capacity. Melissa is a wealth of knowledge and she’s always teaching me so many new things! The whole team is friendly, and they advocate so hard for dogs! I am so grateful for them!“
