We have always been happy with the care we have received from north gratiot. They are kind and understanding & I always trust that my pet will be in good hands when we are here. They are extremely reasonable about getting your pet in for urgencies & there is never a long wait time. For us, the care we receive here will be worth the 30 min drive from our home. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr Malburg has been my primary vet for over 25 years and he’s great with my pets, always listens and is compassionate. The staff is awesome too, always ready to help or answer questions.

My family's been coming here for years, first with my childhood pets and now many many years later I'll make the 40 minute drive to visit them.The staff is very kind and helpful, everyone there is very passionate about animals of all kinds. The doctors are knowledgeable and patient even when I ask a million questions about my cats little upset tummy. They never once have tried to upsell me or charge me for things I didn't need.
