I am so grateful for Dr. Sheppherd and Melissa! I started seeing them about 10 years ago with my dog Ginger. They helped with chronic vomiting with her and even told me that there were some issues with her spleen. I actually forget all of the details of what the situation was 10 years ago, but Ginger had her spleen removed three years ago with a massive tumor on it. They diagnosed it before any other veterinarian did a long time ago! My dogs had a great experience here with the anesthesia free dental cleaning. I would return again. In the waiting room, they enjoyed watching the dogs playing on the floor below. All of the staff were very friendly.

Dr Shepherd, Melissa and all the staff at Shepherd Alternative Care are all very caring, courteous and can get to the root of a problem without all the invasive and or expensive testing and drugs that most vets like to use.I highly recommend that you give them a try and get to the root of your pet's health issues that can often be taken care of with the use of natural remedies.I can't thank them enough for the work they do!
