I had an appointment at a different spa for 7:30 this evening . I made the appointment because I was having migraines and shoulder problems. I walked into the other spa and she tells me she thought someone else was me because he said he had a 7:30. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help me. I wanted to cry. Mostly because I was tired of being pain, my schedule is not flexible and I nevvvver do anything for myself! So I called essence on whim. Remind you.. this was 7:30 at night. They answered and let me come immediately.
My therapist was Alyssa. She was so kind, knowledgeable and boy did she have the pressure(in the best way) she helped me stretch and really worked out my entire body. I literally feel amazing & no headache!!
She didn’t have to stay and get me in.. I knew it was late but she did it.. without making me feel like an inconvenience or annoyed with me. I will 1000% be back, this is my go to place now.

On a whim, I scheduled a haircut last night and luckily she had an open window. I went in and thankfully it was just us, so I confessed all of my hair sins from the past four years. she didn't judge, gave suggestions and the results are fabulous, I can't stop petting my head! I love bringing my pup to McKenna. She is one on one and done within an hour. I know that he most likely is a pain in the a$$ but she never let's on and he always looks and smells great!

I’ve been seeing Nikki for almost 2 years now. I recently injured both of my knees and am out of work for at least 6 weeks. I am in the service industry, so not working means I don’t earn money while I’m off. Showering with 2 injured knees is next to impossible. I reached out to Nikki to ask if she would wash my hair for me. She immediately said yes and squeezed me into her schedule. And then she refused to let me pay her for it because I’m off work. Nikki is a great stylist, and also a great person. She took time out of her schedule to go into the salon and help someone who is struggling with an injury, and wanted nothing for it. She will continue to get my money long after this injury heals. You don’t find people with this level of care and integrity just anywhere.

Leighcia is very patient. She mapped out my eyebrows and took the time to explain the procedures and showed me the progress as we went to make sure it was what I wanted. Very thorough. I highly recommend her for an eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash curl and tint.
Julia did a wonderful shellac manicure for my vacation!! She was very fast but didn't feel rushed, just like she knew what she was doing and that she was good at it! She was very friendly and my nails turned out great! After about 10 days, they are still totally intact besides a very small chip in one of my nails on day 9! 10/10 will recommend to everyone who asks for a great manicure and will be back!

This is the place to go for facials among other wonderful spa treatments! I have been going to Tres Dorais for facials and eyebrow waxing with Sheryl for almost 10 years. Sheryl listens to your needs for your skin and adjusts the facial treatment accordingly. She uses Skinceuticals products which I also love. She goes the extra mile and always does a hand and shoulder massage and even puts warmers on your hands while you are processing. This is a relaxing, friendly environment with a well practiced Esthetician. 5 stars.
Had my first Halo IR/Red Light Therapy and was totally impressed by the staff, atmosphere and treatment! Had a bit of a stuffy nose that cleared up! I felt great and energized. I am a nurse and have read the studies of the many benefits, experiencing it was all telling! I felt great! Totally encourage people to check it out, great for cleansing your lungs (virus, allergies, etc), detox, skin and more all in one treatment. Totally recommend checking it out- oh and so affordable!

I just met with Maggie today to get my second lobe piercings as well as a helix and the piercings are perfect! I told Maggie I was nervous and she talked me through everything and was incredibly informative with every step. I’m really happy with my piercings and Maggie made it so easy. The piercings didn’t hurt one bit and she was very clean and thorough throughout the whole process. I will definitely go back in the future! :)

Contacted Wilds HVAC after multiple unsuccessful fix attempts with AllSeasons Heating and Cooling and frustration. Initial install of home humidifier was done incorrectly when building home so humidifier was not working correctly with thermostat. Had been told that I’d have to pay to have an additional humidistat on my furnace connect to ecobee. Worked with a great technician, Todd, who was able to trouble shoot with Rob and dispel the need to pay to have a humidistat involved (all seasons quoted me this as an option to pay to “fix”) since the ecobee is compatible without it in controlling humidifier. After trouble shooting he found that the original wire set up was incorrect and remedied the problem on site that day. Thank you Todd for your help! Thank you Wilds HVAC for fixing the initial wiring error!!

I can fully endorse the members of this team because of the high quality results they provided.
Karen was a design consultant for the project. She had good knowledge of what kind of materials were available. Also, she had a good sense of style with respect to which materials worked well together. She provided good advice regarding the choice of which vanity to use.
Ryder provided coordination and scheduling of demolition, re-building, electrical work, and plumbing. He also provided an accurate estimation of the costs for the project. He provided good timely communication for the project.
Jim Kelel provided the demolition and rebuilding for the project. These tasks constituted about 75 percent of the physical work needed for the project. Jim also communicated very well, and he was very reliable about showing up to continue work when he said he would. He was very skilled at the demolition and rebuilding efforts required for this project.
I am very satisfied with remodeled bathroom that I now have.
McMenemy Builders did a phenomenal job siding my house. Such a good job I had them redo my basement and I could not be happier with the results. Great people, great work, they were just all around great and I could not recommend them highly enough.
Eric and his team replaced a section of the Rim Joist and Sill plate in my house. As well as sistering some floor joist. They did a great job. You can tell they pay attention to detail and no corners were cut. I will definitely be using them again if I require future work!

We have used E & M property management for our spring and fall yard clean ups multiple times and they always do a fantastic job. We have a decent sized city lot and get a significant number of leaves and they always come through and get the leaves away from the house and out from under the shrubs without damaging the flowerbeds, rocks or siding. They take care around my bird feeders and decorative items in the landscaping. Recently, I hired them to remove a decrepit privacy fence and replace it with chain link. Despite the challenges of uneven ground, soft spots, numerous roots, and wet weather, they finished without complaint in a timely manner. Never once did Zac or his crew act in any way other than professionally. In fact, they may be some of the most professional crews we have had on our property in the ten years we have owned our home. We are very pleased with their work ethic, professionalism and friendly manner as well as the finished product and plan to utilize their services in the future.

recently hired A - ton tree & debris, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial contact to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
He showed up right on time, took the time to walk through the job with me, and explained exactly what to expect. The equipment used was top-notch, and it was clear he knew what he was doing. He made quick work of several large, stubborn stumps that I had been dealing with for years.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Not only were the stumps completely ground down well below the surface, but the area was also cleaned up thoroughly afterward. You’d hardly know there had ever been trees there. He even took care to avoid damaging the surrounding lawn and landscaping, which I really appreciated.

I drive from West Branch to see Dr. Toni and Dr. Corey at Rodnick Chiropractic, and it’s absolutely worth it. They are extremely thorough, taking X-rays first to properly diagnose, which I’ve never experienced at a chiropractor before. They provide adjustments and also give you stretches and exercises to go along with them so you’re actually correcting the issue, not just getting temporary relief. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fred has helped me to get more relaxed, have more mobility, and get relief from chronic pain. He is also very honest with me about what he can or cannot do, in that I have some extensive damage that cannot be fixed. Thepain relief and increased mobility is well worth it in my view.

RIP old man shout out to Eastman Animal Hospital for helping Charles say goodbye to his boy when no one else would! They were great! They brought a bed and blanket in for him, fed him chocolate....which he loved by the way, sedated him so he wouldn't know what was going on, and then euthanasia. We called everywhere in the area and no one would help us until 1-2 months out. When you make the decision to do something this hard it's because it needs to be done right away! Again thank you so much!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. We cannot say enough good things about Northern, and we feel very lucky to have the doctors and staff care for our yellow lab Hazel. She genuinely loves them and they genuinely love her. They are extremely thorough, and do an excellent job of “embracing the chaos” that is our wiggly and happy Hazelnut. She can’t wait to see them for every appointment. Thank you Northern for everything you did for our Lexiebear Potato Pants, and all that you do for our Hazel!

Started taking our dogs here 8 months ago after getting high recommendations from several friends. We are so happy with the doctors and staff. One of our dogs has cancer and River Rock has made her treatment, medication refills and access to care extremely easy. When we make an appointment we are open to any Doctor with availability, they always get us in quickly, because of this our dogs have seen all doctors at River Rock and are we equally impressed and happy with any of them that we get an appointment with. Highly recommend!
Dr. Smith and Craig did a wonderful job examining my English Bulldog and going over treatment options and pricing for various issues. They took their time with us and carefully explained things and listened. Shout-out to Christine, Emily and Rooster as well!
brought our sweet cat quincy in because he was very sick and they were so accommodating and helpful. the vet was so sweet and I could tell she truly loved animals. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby boy with them for the day which says a lot. we left out last very because they weren’t very warm and fuzzy… 24hrs later and quincy bear was back to his spunky, loving self. I am so happy with the service we received. You can truly tell their hearts are in it.
I love bringing my pup to McKenna. She is one on one and done within an hour. I know that he most likely is a pain in the a$$ but she never let's on and he always looks and smells great!

One of the better massages I've had - you will be sore! She specializes in trigger massages which can at times be intense (by design). Had an enjoyable conversation on the table and she was very personable.

This is my real review..
I had an appointment at a different spa for 7:30 this evening . I made the appointment because I was having migraines and shoulder problems. I walked into the other spa and she tells me she thought someone else was me because he said he had a 7:30. She proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help me. I wanted to cry. Mostly because I was tired of being pain, my schedule is not flexible and I nevvvver do anything for myself! So I called essence on whim. Remind you.. this was 7:30 at night. They answered and let me come immediately.
My therapist was Alyssa. She was so kind, knowledgeable and boy did she have the pressure(in the best way) she helped me stretch and really worked out my entire body. I literally feel amazing & no headache!!
She didn’t have to stay and get me in.. I knew it was late but she did it.. without making me feel like an inconvenience or annoyed with me. I will 1000% be back, this is my go to place now.
It ended up being a blessing in disguise to be honest! Thanks Alyssa, you’re the best!

I broke & dislocated my ankle mid sept, started physical therapy @doctorsofphysicaltherapymidland in November. Thanks to them I was back in skates in January and played my first roller derby bout in April. I was able to stop pt in March but decided to continue with their 3 month maintenance program. Today June 5 was my last day of pt. I skated 10 miles in just over an hour. I can not recommend doctors of physical therapy enough. There are no words to describe how much these people did for me. I’m stronger, lighter, and more confident than I was before the break.
