We have used E & M property management for our spring and fall yard clean ups multiple times and they always do a fantastic job. We have a decent sized city lot and get a significant number of leaves and they always come through and get the leaves away from the house and out from under the shrubs without damaging the flowerbeds, rocks or siding. They take care around my bird feeders and decorative items in the landscaping. Recently, I hired them to remove a decrepit privacy fence and replace it with chain link. Found E&M Property Maintenance through Facebook. Many pictures of work done previously, so I gave them a fairly tall order, which they did as needed. Cleaned and cleared my back yard. Tore out an old in-ground sprinkler system, laid new mulch and pea gravel. Love it! Thank you! Highly recommend them for your property maintenance needs.
