Drain Surgeon provides friendly staff who explain the problem up front and give options that fit within a budget. They arrive in under two hours for clogged sewage line issues and fix the problem quickly. When a sink stops draining they are out the next day, do a fantastic job, clean up old water spots and gunk under the sink, and finish within a reasonably priced. For basement flooding they diagnose the issue, order a new grinder ejector pump and repair it first thing Saturday, delivering fast, effective, wonderful work for the price. They handle odd old house plumbing, bathtub drains and 100+ year clay drains, cleaning the entire system and explaining next steps to improve the home. They respond to leaking, arrive the same day, stopping water in less than an hour and complete the job for under two hundred dollars, below a quoted fifteen thousand estimate. Customers note they are punctual, reasonably priced, honest, knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. Recommendations are strong, with many saying they could not recommend them enough and will use them for any future plumbing needs.
Staff was friendly and explain the problem up front. Was in and out in under 2 hours for it. Clogged sewage line to the street. Gave me options and fixed the problem within our budget.
I called the Drain Surgeon about an issue with a drain and they had that problem solved less than 24 hours later. Very pleasant to deal with, did what they said they were going to do, punctual and reasonably priced.

When our sink stopped draining (because I may or may not have put something I shouldn’t have in the garbage disposal), you know exactly who we called- Drain Surgeon! They were out the very next day and did a fantastic job. Not only did they fix the issue in a timely manner, but they also cleaned up all of the old water spots and gunk under my sink I had been avoiding. Still the best around!
