“I worked with Karen Ostergren (Designs by Karen), Ryder Ruschke (Ruschke Builders), Jim Kelel (construction at Ruschke Builders), Bobby Miller (electrician at Ruschke Builders), and a plumber at Ruschke Builders to remodel a bathroom. I can fully endorse the members of this team because of the high quality results they provided.

Karen was a design consultant for the project. She had good knowledge of what kind of materials were available. Also, she had a good sense of style with respect to which materials worked well together. She provided good advice regarding the choice of which vanity to use.

Ryder provided coordination and scheduling of demolition, re-building, electrical work, and plumbing. He also provided an accurate estimation of the costs for the project. He provided good timely communication for the project.

Jim Kelel provided the demolition and rebuilding for the project. These tasks constituted about 75 percent of the physical work needed for the project. Jim also communicated very well, and he was very reliable about showing up to continue work when he said he would. He was very skilled at the demolition and rebuilding efforts required for this project.

“Chad's son Jacob was in charge of replacing my roof. He was flexible as I changed some things after the roof was started and he accomadated my requests to replace all plywood that was weak or failing, and 2 skylights. His crew was awesome as they started and finished the job the same day. They took care to cover all windows and doors before starting to protect them. Instead of using regualr tar paper (felt) they used water and Ice shield on the whole roof. This is a professional, courteous, hard working crew that takes pride in their work. The foreman ran the job and Jacob only stopped back 3 times to check the work and progress. I used to work for a company where I would have to recommed builders to perform the work. I used Moody 95% of the time because of their reputation, and the fact that usually came in less than the other companies I sought bids from. I would highly recommend them, especially if you want a professional job, performed by dedicated workers, using high quality materials and a lower price than most other companies.“
