Professional, honest, fair, patient, knowledgeable and the best experience buying flooring I've ever had ever. John McCormick, our sales person proved to be an incredible asset and Everett is very fortunate to have someone like him working there. After losing our house to a fire we have been through a horrible experience and John McCormick along with everyone at Everett (right down to the installers) have made the process enjoyable, easy and very satisfying.
