I was here the day that Emily Mai made her review and can say that her statements and claims are false. The stylist did not say that it was spot on she said that she would make it longer and that it was a starting point.

She offered to waive the fee because the client was unsatisfied with the haircut which is fine but then her husband threw $40 at the stylist who was very kind throughout the whole process.

All in all this place is super nice, everyone is very accommodating! I think it’s important to not judge so harshly and to allow a stylist the grace of finishing your hair before storming out, along with refraining from using chat gpt to write your reviews :)“
