“Update 10/1/2023: upgraded to 4* from 2*. Originally unable to get called back when I was called I was informed he was out for medical reasons. Once they contacted me they set up service very soon and fixed the problem I had. Due to the age of my system there were some issues they couldn't fix without an expensive solution. They did fix my existing issue.I've been trying to get service for over three weeks. They do not answer phone calls, text messages, or voicemails. I've received one call to make an appointment while I was in the middle of a task at work. I've tried calling to reconfirm the time as I didn't get to write it down. I think the date has passed and I didn't get a visit or a call. I'm willing to upgrade my review if I ever get the work done, but they will not be a 5* business if they can't handle returning calls within 24 hours, or 7+days in my case. I'm sick of calling and leaving messages.“
