“We have used E & M property management for our spring and fall yard clean ups multiple times and they always do a fantastic job. We have a decent sized city lot and get a significant number of leaves and they always come through and get the leaves away from the house and out from under the shrubs without damaging the flowerbeds, rocks or siding. They take care around my bird feeders and decorative items in the landscaping. Recently, I hired them to remove a decrepit privacy fence and replace it with chain link. Despite the challenges of uneven ground, soft spots, numerous roots, and wet weather, they finished without complaint in a timely manner. Never once did Zac or his crew act in any way other than professionally. In fact, they may be some of the most professional crews we have had on our property in the ten years we have owned our home.
