We are new to Monroe and had to call for our hot water heater that stopped working. I found Reicherd from a Google search and liked their reviews so we chose them. Once we called we were able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Pat, was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he knowledgeable and very friendly, but professional beyond reproach! Unfortunately for us, Pat was unable to fix our problem and we had to buy a new hot water heater. That being said, we feel this company is the way they all should be!
