The team pulled old system out including furnace... installed new unit and was able to get us AC on a 99 degree day! Super job! They are coming back to finish the furnace but the AC is working great! Will recommend American as a top choice in our area. Other firms in Monroe county do a great job too but these guys went the extra mile!

The HVAC maintenance was completed in a timely manner. A programable thermostat was also installed and the operation of the controller was explained. The price for the two services was reasonable. Brad, the technician was very friendly and very patient.
