The servicemen Joe from complete Home Comfort did a great job. Had the right tools, meaning instead of the old analog gages. It was all digital and bluetooth to a tablet. Would have given a 5 star. But the company charges 300 a pound for freon. When I could have bought a 5 lb canister for $250 to $300 ... I understand a company had to make money but, that's a little ridiculous 🙄. All in all service was good. Pricing not so good.
I had an unexpected repair with my furnace this morning, called and James came out first thing. He was able to replace the inducer motor in a very timely manner, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable & very polite! I highly recommend Complete Home Comfort for any heating and cooling services you may need, ask for James!
The service was ducts to be cleaned and Isiah was the one that came to our home and conducted the service. He was excellent! He was thorough and worked really hard and truly went above and beyond and couldn’t be happier! If the boss man or owner reads this, this young man deserves a bonus or a raise and I mean that!
