Our water heater went out on a Saturday and service man came to our home right away. No saving it, so we ordered a new one to install. They had it in Tuesday morning as promised. Great service.

Tim just performed the annual service on my furnace. He did an excellent job. Called ahead and showed up on time. He took his time, explained everything he was doing along the way, and answered all my questions. Very nice, competent, and courteous young man. Thanks Tim and Iceberg.
