“This is a response to Vanessa Wright's review below. Unfortunately we are unable to login and respond under the Dr Rick Cherry, OD account. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms. Please feel free to call the office if you would like to discuss this further.”
