Exceptional service from all members of the team. The lady who did my pre-test was cheerful and sweet and Giovanni was the absolute star of the show. My lenses came out wrong the first time (although the prescription itself was perfect) but the customer service from Giovanni completely put me at ease, and the problem was fixed quickly.
