I went in for my appointment. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! EVERYONE there was so kind and accommodating! The Doctor did something for me and I couldn't believe it! I CAN SEE!GREAT PLACE.. WONDERFUL STAFF!I will stay with America's Best!

This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From the front desk to the doctor & even the opticians helping me pick out glasses! I can really appreciate the honest opinions on glasses! They were really thorough with explaining what everything was & why they would recommend the different options for my lenses! I love my glasses and will definitely be back!!! If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable and friendly relatable eye doctor…Dr Russell at America’s Best in Toledo is where you need to be! They make sure you are happy with your experience and with your glasses & wont let you leave until every need is met!

I want to start by saying that I came to this store after being asked to go here by the district manager after having an absolutely horrible experience at the Rossford store. So bad that I didn't even want to return to Americas best ever again. But after talking to the district manager, I made the appt and went and am I glad I did!!!This store is what all America's best stores should strive to be. Dr Russell is amazing. She took her time and made sure my prescription was correct and even found the irritation in my eye that the other doctor either didn't see or want to take the time to try and remove.The entire staff was very nice and helpful.
