Dr. K is the best eye doctor I've seen in years! He was professional, funny, and addressed my concerns!Casey W. at the front desk was also wonderful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about insurances which was a big help! Being able to schedule online is also easy and convenient!!!

2023 Update: sadly Pinnacle sold out to a national chain and now my rating is a 2 star at best. They no longer use a local lab so turn around time is much, much longer. When I call the office I cannot get a person on the phone without entering multiple prompts, and have even been sent to voice-mail after all that. It's also a huge disappointment to have to pay the entire lens and frame charges at time of order. Pinnacle used to only require ½ down and the remainder at pickup. This was much more convenient for the customer. Local is always better than a national chain! Your customers are noticing and are not pleased.2019: Totally understand how they won...read full review

6-29-23 called in morning, was seen within the hour. Only needed a replacement lens for sunglasses, but because matching was not a guaranteed possibility, I used my own frames and 2 NEW lenses.JEAN, optician, was wonderful! I will add more when I receive my new sunglasses in 7-10 days. Maybe a 5 star review too.On 6-26-23 I called the other optical company but was told they were short-staffed and to call back on 6-28. I did and was told someone would return my call. NO ONE CALLED BACK and I was home all day waiting. A call one way or the other would have been much appreciated. Not a good business practice.
