The staffs are very kind and friendly.This vision center is super busy most of the time because of that. Most people avoid going to Glendale Ave location ( I just discovered that after I read the reviews of both stores and after I saw how this location is super busy[ around ten customers at the same time] Vs [none at Glendale Ave] since the employees there are so rude and don’t want to work.After a very bad experience in that Glendale Ave Vision center, Jordan helped me immediately to get many replacement of nose pads that Liza ( the manger of Glendale Ave vision center took them out from the new frame that She replaced for my son’s glass after two hours and half...read full review

Have been going to Dr Shaw and his associates for over 20 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. From eye exams to contact lens fittings to simple eye infections they have handled it all without having to wait weeks to get in to a specialist. Live the place

Dr. Shaw and his staff were quick, courteous and professional. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I accidentally broke my glasses, and was in and out with ease the day of. I felt as though Dr. Shaw addressed all of my questions and concerns regarding my vision and the contacts I was given. Overall it was a good experience and I can see better than I have in a very long time.
