Superb, experienced and patient doctors! I did feel a little bit rushed by the manager during the glass selection process but he was also professional and nice.
I spent almost $200 overall including the cost of the anti-reflective feature. The actual eye exams/doctor’s prescription is $90 + an additional $30 for the actual prescription(that was a bit of a surprise and I wish I had been told this during the appointment booking).
Overall, I was pleased with the service especially since my glasses were ready within 2 days. However, there was no glass cleaner cloth so I have to figure out where to buy one :((- I only got glasses and a case.
There were a lot of people in there when I got there but I was literally there just to pick up my contacts. I get serving in order 100% but I also feel like if it’s something quick like that patients should be taken care of & sent on their way. I waited forever, eventually had to leave and come back. When I did come back however the rep I believe Lily? Asian descent woman, she was so awesome and helpful and helped me process my insurance that saved me money! The Dr is great as well & I enjoy going to him for my exams. The staffs are very kind and friendly.This vision center is super busy most of the time because of that. Most people avoid going to Glendale Ave location ( I just discovered that after I read the reviews of both stores and after I saw how this location is super busy[ around ten customers at the same time] Vs [none at Glendale Ave] since the employees there are so rude and don’t want to work.After a very bad experience in that Glendale Ave Vision center, Jordan helped me immediately to get many replacement of nose pads that Liza ( the manger of Glendale Ave vision center took them out from the new frame that She replaced for my son’s glass after two hours and half...read full review
