This happened at the Toledo office on Laskey Road.

I had a specific eye exam on Friday 12/8, then had an allergic reaction to the dye.
I called 7 times since Sat morning 12/9, left 4 messages since Sat morning on the eye emergency line and spoke to someone who transferred me back to a voice mail. I still have not received a return call 4 days later.
This caused me to have an ER visit and also a Urgent Care visit, both of them instructing me to follow up with the eye doctor.

I sent an email to their main office in Indiana and still no response.

12/14/2023 UPDATE!

My Doctor reached out to me Tuesday afternoon. She stated she had not known I was trying to reach her, but as soon as one of my messages were listened to, she was informed and personally called me. she scheduled an appointment immediately and stated she was letting management know there was an issue with communication.
I have always liked my doctor at Midwest, and would highly recommend her. My issue was with the some office staff (At Laskey Rd office), who are reportedly fairly new and will be receiving additional instruction.

They got me in quick. I was even a half hour early and they had me doing my exam fast. They explained to me about my current state of my eyes and why. They answered all my questions and concerns I had. It's the reason I have returned as a customer this is my second pair of glasses through them and definitely will remain a patient.

The visit was good. Everyone was very friendly and the appt went well. Lucas helped with my glasses. I have never had someone so helpful in picking out glasses and letting me know if they look good. He was great and super nice!!
