“SUPERIOR COMPANY! 180 Contractors replaced/repaired the roof on my house including the tool shed's roof - from beginning (scheduling, estimating/inspection) to completion of work to account closure.Everyone involved was AWESOME, courteous and most especially VERY REPONSIVE - no delays and very patient in responding to all my questions and concerns! From my initial contact with ***** (first contact from the office), to ***** (who scheduled the inspection and estimates), to the two guys who delivered the materials, to ***** and his crew (roof work), to ***** and ******* (fixed the soffit and fascia), to **** who was constantly giving me updates (actually also applies to the Project Managers of each crew), and of course, to Mr. ****** *** who clearly explained the additional fixes (****** and fascia) due rotted wood and estimated cost, and finally to ******************************** who worked with my final payment plan.I just cannot express enough how happy and satisfied I am with everyone's knowledgeable, politeness and patience! “Awesome company that does solid work. I couldn't be happier with how my roof turned out. I had an issue after my roof replacement was completed (it was due to the original design of my roof, not their replacement), and the owner Justin went above and beyond by coming out in the cold January weather and fixing it himself with one of his employees. They shoveled all the snow and ice off my roof, removed the shingles, fixed the issue, and put everything back on. They stand behind their work, and I would recommend this company to anyone.“

“Lake Orion Roofing just finished my roof in Shelby Twp and I am very pleased. I contacted several companies for quotes and their presentation was very professional and competitive. They informed me in advance when they would deliver the shingles and dumpster for my tear off. The workers were polite, arrived on time, and finished my roof in one day, including replacing some boards. Everything was cleaned up and nothing was damaged. I have no reservations in recommending!“

“Vic is wonderful, Vic's Word = Integrity. He worked closely with us on a leak another contractor claimed wasn't their fault. He came repeatedly to make sure it was fixed and we were happy. 10+After 4 years we finally required a complete new roof, we never hesitated we called Cornerstone! Best decision EVER! Vic, informed us that the previous roofer may have used shingles that there was a current class action suit. We filed that claim against the shingle manufacturer, we'll see about that possible positive result. Meanwhile, Cornerstone installed a new roof in one day and left our house with absolutely NO trace they were ever there. In fact, in the back it was cleaner then before they started, the fall leaves were gone with all roofing materials!!THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR A NEW ROOF!!“

“My wife called about five different companies to repair a broken chimney cap and replace some worn/cracked mortar. This company is literally the only one that communicated effectively and showed up to give us an estimate when they said they would. They emailed us a quote within 24 hours and had the job done within a week. Chimney looks much better and I’m sure Santa will appreciate it and leave us some extra coal in our stockings this year. There are some really unprofessional/scammy businesses out there doing this kind of work and this is not one of them. They are a great team. Thanks.“

I asked Mike to take a look and he came over and sealed up the problem, no charge, and told me to call him in 3-4 years when the shingles needed replacing. Mike is a tribute to independent, honest and hard working businessmen.“

“We are so pleased with our recent kitchen and bath remodel completed by Weinmann Home Improvement. Rob, the owner, is a licensed all around contractor. He completed the electrical work needed for lighting and the relocation of all appliances. He installed faucets, a disposal and water hookups for the relocated dishwasher. Rob assembled and installed cabinetry, back splash tiles and flooring. He pays close attention to details, is very professional, accessible and pleasant. We will be re-contracting with Rob at Weinmann Home Improvement soon for additional projects.CD June ‘23“

“Fantastic Company..we had a roof done in 2020 or so.. during the coldest day this year it looked the roof was having some troubles with water on the inside of house.. Chris immediately came out with a helper..climbed through the attic and found that we just need new insulation (we are with the original insulation ..1970's)..as Chris said..once it warms up the "condensation" will disappear and it has ... so it looks like we need to get some insulation soon! These guys are amazing! You can't go wrong with Billy's ..“
