Tim was amazingly responsive and accommodating when I called him concerned about recent severe wind damage to flashing on my roof. He quickly assessed the problem, posed a number of solutions (with corresponding quotes) and jumped on the work immediately to help us avoid water damage in the following days. His quality was top notch and his appraisal of further threats to my roof's waterproof status were simply stated and spelled out in case I wished to do the repair work myself. His costs proved reasonable and I opted for him to do the work while he was roofside. I'm grateful for his help. Incidentally, he was referred by another of his satisfied customers in my neighborhood.
