Great experience working with Grennan Construction. Like most older homes, when you want to update something, it can be like peeling an onion. Grennan Const. gave our home the exterior update we wanted, while also fixing the problems we knew we would discover under the surface. Their siding crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. And, Brandon, I believe Grennan's main framer/carpenter and overall problem solver, rebuilt several areas for us. He was easy to work with and I'm very confident in the work he and the crew did on our home. Where do I begin? Let’s start with Dean. He was an excellent salesperson. He communicated very well and gave me some pointers. He was great. My project manager, Dan, kept me informed and communicated effectively. He was a great project manager. Brandon arrived quickly and completed the project well. The dumpster company delivered and picked up the dumpster efficiently after the project. The person who helped drop off the materials did a good job. Work completed: tuck pointing, structural repair, garage door replacement, siding replacement with replacement of rotted wood, gutter replacement with gutter guards added. I believe the best home project/contractor experience I have ever had. From the first meeting with the sales representative to removing the dumpster every step was consistently communicated to me by Dan, the project manager. Over a 3-week time frame, every workman arrived when expected. The primary work to replace the siding and needed structural repairs was completed by Chris and Andre who were on-site before 8 am every morning.
