Very happy with the decision to hire Grennan Construction to reside our house in Hardie Board, build a front porch and side door covering. My husband and I are very happy with how nice and updated our house looks! Every time a neighbor compliments the house I get excited about it all over again!!!

The Grennan guys were Hardy-Board siding pros. They planned their work, and did the end-to-end craftsmanship and collaboration necessary to neatly replace some pretty needy bay window repairs in conjunction with recent window replacement.They were detailed, responsive and worked through some pretty awful conditions with the recent weather.

I recently bought a home in Detroit that needed some TLC. Grennan helped me to improve both the appearance of my house with new siding & gutters, and also helped the house be more energy efficient. The workers did a great job cleaning up after they were done each day. Everyone was polite & professional. Brandon was great to work with. I do highly recommend them for whatever you might need in the way of external work. Yay, Grennan!!
