I just had my second new roof from Orion Roofing, and I was very satisfied both times. The first re-roof was 22 years ago, and lasted quite well. Nevertheless, Mark was able to help me with a successful warranty claim (on a 50-yr warranty) while doing the new roof. Orion Roofing scheduled the work quickly, within 2 weeks, and the job was done in a day, everything neat and cleaned up.
Lake Orion Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our home. Mark spent time with me to review their proposal. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease since the job was planned to be completed while I was away on vacation. It was nice to return home to a see a beautiful new roof! After the job was complete, Mark spent over an hour with me reviewing detailed photos of every step of the job explaining the care they took to ensure all of the previous problem spots had been addressed. Stacy was responsive to phone calls and always followed-up without prompting. Good job to the entire team!
Lake Orion roofing was recommended to us from a friend who had their roof done a couple of years back from them. We had a couple of other quotes that we had gotten from other companies as well. Mark was the only person to fully explain what he was going to do and also explain possible issues that he had seen with our roof. Lake Orion Roofing was slightly more than one of the other quotes that we had gotten that we had considered going with.
