“Gave a fair estimate explained what they would do never pulled the old if you sign today you get this price deal . Decided to use them for a new roofing gutter guard replacement. Their roofing crew showed up and went to work right away very careful of my property answered any questions I had. Very good system on the tear off no traps draped everything basically contained on the roof then moved to the dumpster. Mention about the company they use for the dumpster very courteous. They had to replace some siding because of a poor flashing job from a previous roofing job (not McGlinch) that where it got interesting. The crew that was sent out had some issues with the job and I was not satisfied with the results. I contacted McGlinch and they assured me they would take care of it. John came out and we discussed the plan to fix the issues . He made sure I was satisfied before he left.I realize that stuff is going to happen but its important how it is taken care of. If you want a good job at a fair price no high pressure sales pitch and some who backs up what they say I would recommend McGlinch &Sons“

“On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“
