The construction crew was on time, experienced, friendly and pros at their jobs. Old roof tear off was quick and structural repairs were done correctly. Ice shield, underlayment and shingles were expertly applied. The finished roof is beautiful! Clean up was immaculate and very complete. Follow up on details was perfect. Additionally, Andrew did some extra work for us and also discovered a hole in our fascia board after coming back to do a final walkthrough. He happened to have a piece of flashing in his vehicle, so he went back up on the roof and created a temporary fix for us. Talk about going above and beyond. “From a completely flooded lower level 3 weeks ago today, to a completely restored lower level, many thanks Bill Rouston, owner, Incore Restoration Group and his amazing team, for making sure that my home was ready for my family to move in for a holiday. My only stipulation was to have carpet and beds back in the house in three weeks time and they exceeded my expectations. Bill managed all of the disaster clean up, contact with insurance and adjuster, and each company needed to complete the job. It was hassle free for me, and extremely professional. Most importantly, it was not stressful, as he handled it all. It takes a village, and this village was EXCEPTIONAL.
