McGlinch & Sons Co.
“The workmanship was great. The communication of the project manager was not what a good customer service would command. He was not prompt on responding to my texts inquiring about the project. He did not communicate the extra charges till the completion of the project. I was told about the extra charges when he came to pick up the payment check. Per contract, he was supposed to get my approval for the extra charges of $3080. I thought about not paying or at least get a discount on those charges, but decided to overlook the issue and pay the full amount.”
800 New Look
“Brian Mussen has provided service to my former home in Grand Blanc Mi. He is punctual, professional and honest.
The crew that replaced the roof were the same, and even the neighbors remarked how efficient they were.
This 800-New Look is the best bet.
Thank you”
