Not only that but I just told her my issue and she is the one that actually suggested what I had been looking for. Dawn has a vast knowledge of lenses and frames. Instead of just saying "we can't do that" and ending the conversation, Dawn offered or suggested alternate options. Dawn was absolutely fantastic. Nowadays most opticians only know the bare minimum and only do the bare minimum. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge and really seemed to care that we got it right. I am so glad I found her.“
