Service beyond my wildest expectations. I have been going here since I was in junior high and am a 50+ year customer and have always had good service. I walked in with a pair of broken prescription sunglasses, hoping for a quick fix. The left temple was broken and I hoped for a replacement. I was absolutely delighted when the optician was able to find frames that fit my existing lenses. When you buy local, you can get exceptional local service.
I have been going to Hiemstra downtown for about 40 years. I love them! Jenny and Jen are so kind, helpful and courteous. Along with high professionalism. Highly recommend. We always talk and laugh.
I love them very helpful. The eye doctor was telling me stuff I didn’t think he would know about my eye twitching and even when my Medicaid got cuff off Hiemstra was very helpful with helping me get new glasses, insurance issues and gave me my prescription with no hassle and tighten my frames even tho I didn’t buy my glasses from them!
