Excellent care and service! From the reception desk to the Opticians, Innovative Eye Care is the best. Dr. Copeland is extremely personable and always able to answer my questions.
I woke up with pain in my eye and the staff was able to get me into the office and Dr. Copeland did a very thorough exam. I got some eye drops to help with the pain/irritation right there in the office. The staff was super friendly, too, even though I looked silly with my eye squinted/closed the whole time.
Dr Copeland was very helpful in explaining my bothersome symptoms and offered options for my contact lenses. Support staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful with navigating insurance coverage.
